I really do like old Ron Paul. I sent him a bunch of money, and I'm fine with that. He may not be one of us, but he's a good man. In fact, if I were living in Brazoria County, Texas where I grew up, he would be my congressman.

But what the hell is up with Campaign for Liberty? They are sending me at least two emails a day, and calling me on my cell phone twice a day. I don't read the emails, and I don't answer the phone, but this has been going on for months.

It's no bother, but I am just curious.

Just took a phone call from the Campaign for Liberty this afternoon.

A nice gentleman will ask you to listen to a recording by Ron Paul and another by the head of the Campaign for Liberty. The recording centered on the need to support Congressman Paul's bill to audit the Federal Reserve. Once the recording was over, the gentleman and I had a 10 minute discussion on how I can help promote the passage of the bill.

I may not be able to add much to the coffers, but I did volunteer to make copies of the petition to hand out to my neighbors and friends.
