ZGram - 8/13/2001 - Trouble with ZGram list

To my ZGram readers:

Please note that since Saturday, I have not been able to send out any
ZGrams, even though they were written and ready to go on time.  I don't
know where the problem lies and have not been able to correct it.  I
believe it is a server problem and not enemy sabotage - but in our work,
one never knows.

I am on an automatic program, but we are sending out the last three
programs by hand until we have straightened this out.
