 Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Up-front and in response to many queries:  No, we don't yet have the
verdict by the Human Rights Tribunal in Canada in the five-year-marathon
trial about the censorship attempt by this quasi-judicial body pertaining
to the U.S. based Zundelsite.

We fully expect these appointed political hacks, NOT judges, who are well
on the way to wrecking the Canadian legal traditions and system of law and
throw it on the trash heap of politicized justice, to soil themselves with
one of the most vicious and vindictive judgments ever to be handed down in
the history of Canada.  But then, what else can you expect from an outfit
that outlaws Truth to be a defense in a trial where historical Truth is at
the very heart of the issue at stake?

In future years, this Canadian trial around the Zundelsite will be as
famous as the trial of Galileo, the trials of the Witches of Salem or, more
recently, the bizarre Scopes Trial.

Shifting the lens of our cyber camera:

The international scene is quickly changing.  Suddenly, seemingly out of
nowhere - and just when Israelis elected the most radical and brutal prime
minister since the formation of that terrorist state - the mood on the
international scene has changed, especially in Europe.  The public mood
there is crackling with tension.

Sharon-the-Bulldozer prime minister could,  like Sampson, bring the temple
down with his arrogance and abuse of power against the Palestinians.  Far
from being a safe haven for Jews, as envisioned by Israel's Zionist
founders, Israel and its policies are making the whole world unsafe for
Israelis and, by extension, Diaspora Jews who have so closely publicly
identified with Israel that they can rightly be called Israel's Fifth
Column, a security liability to their host countries.

The smarter Jews smell that already - hence, more and more discover
suddenly and announce publicly that they are "only" one-quarter Jewish -
and, to quote Hilberg, that there is "no quality control" when it comes to
the Holocaust!  Those who have sown the wind are about to reap the
whirlwind.  Read on.  Project ahead.  The love affair with things
Israeli-Jewish is ending - a "love" that made blind for so  many years.
Reality is now setting in.

As is the Zundelsite custom, comments follow pertinent paragraphs in this
article by Moshe Weizman of the Associated Press, dated July 26, 2001:

 Weizman:

 With officials afraid of facing arrest or prosecution while traveling
abroad, Israel has compiled a list of countries where its political and
military leaders - including Prime Minister Ariel Sharon - could face legal
challenges under war crimes laws, an official said Thursday.

Zundelsite:

These are the very people who agitated for the creation of the O.S.I., the
instrument of Jewish terror against people who had been following lawful
orders of their governments also some 50, 60 years ago!  Jews are the
people who agitated and succeeded in having the former President of
Austria, Kurt Waldheim, put on a watch list of alleged war criminals,
turning him into an international pariah, banning him from entering the
USA, ruining his reputation - for no proven war crimes!

Weizman:

 Israel's Foreign Ministry decided to "map" countries around the world in
light of requests from several current and retired security officials who
are concerned, ministry spokesman Emmanuel Nachshon said.

Zundelsite:

Israel is setting up a watch list in reverse!  How sweet can it get?!

High profile Revisionists on some mysterous "watch lists" available at the
push of some computer button have faced this situation for years -
carefully having to choose which country they could fly into, which
airports to avoid, what border crossings were safer than others etc.  Now
the shoe is going to be on the other foot - and it won't be a picnic for
some Israelis.

Weizman:

 He did not mention which countries would be considered problematic for
Israeli officials. But the ministry said Israel wanted to prevent "the
politicization" of the international judicial system. (...)

Zundelsite:

These are also the people who have politicized the international judicial
system since 1945 to get vengeance done against past and present enemies in
Austria, France, Germany, England, Australia, Canada and the USA.

These are the people who criminalized people like Dr. Robert Faurisson, Dr.
Max Wahl, J=FCrgen Graf, David Irving, Hans Schmidt, Dr. Fredrick T=F6ben,
Ernst Z=FCndel and others through their drummed-up charges and endless
agitation with their Holocaust racket protection laws!

Karma is being done!  Now some even claim that Israeli criminals have been
quietly tracked for years for thousands of crimes committed by Jewish
officials, assassins, torturers, murderers and "Schreibtischt=E4ter" - those
who sat behind their desks giving the orders to commit such horrid crimes!

Weizman:

 In Denmark, lawmakers have threatened to file a complaint against Israel's
designated ambassador to Denmark, Carmi Gilon. In a recent interview, Gilon
said that when he was head of Israel's security service, the Shin Bet, he
authorized torture of Arab suspects to prevent imminent attacks. The
Israeli Supreme Court has since outlawed the practice.

Zundelsite:

Sharon wants the Israeli torture law to be changed back, reinstated - and
this stone age measure to be legalized again.  Thousands of cases and
actions by Israeli bureaucrats, security personnel and soldiers as well as
judges, policemen and politicians acting under these laws will qualify for
such watch list prosecution treatment in the future.

Weizman:

 Israel "acknowledges the need to compile a list of countries whose
wide-ranging authority enables them to act against foreign citizens for
acts committed in foreign countries," read the statement by the Foreign
Ministry.

Zundelsite:

Those are the very concepts Jewish talmud thinkers introduced into the
Western mind - and had legislated into laws - now haunting them.  Jewish
lobbyists manipulated, bribed and cowed politicians in vassal regimes in
many parts of the world to adopt those laws to make life miserable for
Israel's/Jewry's former, present and future enemies.

Weizman:

 Sharon told Israel radio there was "an attempt to harm Israel and the
Jewish people, and thus there is activity to stop this danger."

Zundelsite:

No!  Sharon has that all wrong!  This is finally an attempt by civilized
people to bring Jewish/Israeli war criminals and thugs to justice at long
last!

Weizman:

 The complaint filed against Sharon in Belgium was a preliminary move, and
a Belgian judge has yet to decide on whether the case should proceed.

 An Israeli government investigation in the 1980s found Sharon indirectly
responsible for the killings in Lebanon, forcing him to step down as
defense minister.

Zundelsite:

The case against Sharon in the Sabra and Shatila massacres is open and
shut.  Other cases of murder and terror in his early career willl
undoubtedly be dealt with later.

Weizman:

 In Gilon's case, Danish lawmakers, politicians and human rights activists
have called on Israel to withdraw his candidacy, but Israel insists it will
not do so. Gilon is to begin his new job in Copenhagen on Aug. 15.

 Danish Justice Minister Frank Jensen said Wednesday that Gilon would not
be arrested, noting that he would have diplomatic immunity as an
ambassador.

Zundelsite:

That ought to be interesting!  So Mengele could be Ambassador to Denmark?
Pol Pot would be safe?  Bin Laden would have immunity?  The double standard
here, too?

Weizman:

 Israeli President Moshe Katzav criticized Denmark on Thursday, insisting
that Gilon, as chief of the Shin Bet, "acted according to the Israeli
government's orders."

Zundelsite:

The German generals and political elite of the Third Reich tried that
defense in Nuremberg - and since.  Their claim was it was war;  they were
issued orders by a lawfully constituted government recognized by the USA,
England, France, Russia and the rest of the world;  they, like other
soldiers and bureaucrats around the world had to follow and execute these
orders.

Every Jewish "legal authority" has disallowed or poo-poohed this defense.
Now they'll have a taste of their own medicine.

Weizman:

 "Denmark has never spoken out against Palestinian terrorists," Katzav added=

Zundelsite:

Please note:  Denmark of all countries!  Denmark has been the most
pro-Israeli, pro-Jewish in sentiment and with a succession of pro-Israeli
governments in Europe since 1939!  The Danish intelligence service is a
virtual extension of Mossad.  This is therefore a rebellion from a "friend"
- a rebellion to the max!

Here is an opportunity begging to be taken - without firing a shot!  All
the Arab regimes have to do is to set up a law, based on the wording of the
Belgian law, and allow Palestinians or their own nationals to file lawsuits
in their own country against Israeli officials, generals, politicians,
security personnel, policemen, secret agents etc. - people guilty of
initiating war crimes, plotting aggressive war, carrying out assassinations
around the world etc.

The possibilities are endless!  The Iraquis could do it for the destruction
of their atomic facilities in peacetimes by unprovoked air strikes; the
Libyans for shooting down their civilian jet liners and for bombing
Tripoli.  The Morroccans and the Lebanese could follow suit, as could the
Egyptians - thousands of Egyptians were massacred or driven into the Sinai
Desert in the 1967 Seven Day War and the 1973 Yom Kippur war to die of
thirst, be machine-gunned or bulldozed to death.  The names of the Israeli
army units and their commanders are known!  Their bragging confessions are
on public record, covered by international news magazines and the Israeli
media!

The Poles could have the murderers of Katyn, who are still alive, brought
to justice in Russia - or in Belgium if the Russians keep stalling.  The
Germans could bring charges against those who poisoned the bread of the SS
prisoners-of-war while in U.S. captivity in 1945 - again in Belgium, since
the Allied vassal regimes will not prosecute Allied war criminals.  The
murderers of these prisoners of war are alive in Israel and were former
members of the Knesset.  Their names are known!  They have bragged about
their fiendish deeds on TV specials like "The Avengers" where they preened
themselves how they did it.

It would not take a lot.  The judicial authorities in these Arab states
would merely have to agree to investigate the cases, then issue
international arrest warrants - and hunt these criminals down!  Even the
smallest Arab nations could do it - without spending a single dollar for
another useless piece of military hardware pawned off on them by often
hidden Jewish arms merchants from the Western world.

All it would take is the will to see justice done - a rubber stamp on a
piece of paper and a telex to Interpol, along with the international arrest
warrant.  Presto!  Israeli aggression would whimper to a standstill, as
Israeli soldiers and bureaucrats, paralyzed by fear, would get mighty
worried that they would be subjected to arrest and prosecution - ANYWHERE
IN THE WORLD!

It's dazzling, isn't it - to think that this could be accomplished?  It
bears repeating:  Without firing a single shot!
