I don't know much, but that page says that it has
not been updated in four years and one of the
articles begins "Prior to the end of 2002, the
FCC is expected to issue..." so, basically, I'm
asking what of all that stuff is true today?
For example, whatever became of UWB (which I
chose as, perhaps, UWB is the sort of thing
that is of direct relevance to TSCM)?
