AND its an issue widely ignored by people outside ham radio WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER!
Its going to affect ALL HF communications, aircraft, marine, military, FEMA, and others who use the HF spectrum, and despite repeated warning they continue to stick their heads in the sand about it.
