The data appears to be fake. It doesn't show either convicted or =20
unconvicted felons where they live, and aside from sex offenders, =20
there's no requirement for most felons to register their address with =20
anyone after they've served their sentence.
A search of the Crawford, TX area did not turn up one of the most =20
notorious criminals (unconvicted felon) who personally authorized =20
unwarranted telephone surveillance on millions of people. I'd vote =20
for consecutive sentences on that ;-)
