The data appears to be fake. It doesn't show either convicted or
unconvicted felons where they live, and aside from sex offenders,
there's no requirement for most felons to register their address with
anyone after they've served their sentence.
A search of the Crawford, TX area did not turn up one of the most
notorious criminals (unconvicted felon) who personally authorized
unwarranted telephone surveillance on millions of people. I'd vote
for consecutive sentences on that ;-)
