The detail you listed in this inventory, is completely consistent with a
redistribution. That means an opportunity for organization and order. (Ye=
s
I know, lofty goals).

This detail includes the actual number of operators. That way we can
redistribute so that 2% of the population is not assigned 40% of the
spectrum. (Just a statistic example not necessarily reflecting an actual
occurrence. But then we don=B9t know because the inventory has not been
taken.)

Everything can be handled in less space now. And the needs of some groups
within a bandwidth have grown and as technologies die off, other groups
needs have diminished. 900 meg and 2.4 gig for example.

Remodeling the kitchen...If you plan for the complete make over, you can be
more efficient with space.

Sometimes, a long erect tube extending above two side by side receptacles,
some might describe as cast iron....is only a sink.
