Phones and Stuff

I am seeking to upgrade my phone system, and have some specific
requirements that I am looking for.

I need a PBX system that can handle six incoming lines, perhaps eight,
with half of these being part of a hunt group and the other half being
direct lines that are not part of the hunt group. I need to be able to
support at least 14 extensions, but as many as 32 or more. The incoming
lines will be a mix of conventional loop lines, plus a T-Carrier line,
but the PBX will be presented with a regular loop line.

Voice mail is not needed, but would be helpful if integrated into the
system. If voicemail is included then once the caller leaves the VM it
needs to be converted to an audio file and sent via E-Mail to the person
to whom the message was left, along with leaving a copy on the actual VM
system.

The phones themselves should have a speaker phone function with really
good quality, and at least a primitive caller ID , and call duration
display, with an LCD display being the most desired. There needs to be
at least eight speed dial buttons on each phone, but 32 would be
desirable, or even 64 if you include the internal extensions.

The tricky bit is that the system has to have the capability of
interfacing with Outlook, or Outlook type files so that when a call
comes in the phone system matches the caller ID (when sent) to the phone
number found in the Outlook and pulls up the customer record on the
computer attached to the phone, or assigned to the phone. When the call
does not involve caller ID data, the person receiving the call can pull
up the customer record and attach it to the call manually. If possible I
need to be able to attach a half dozen numbers attached to specific
locations of the caller (Office, Home, Cell, Fax, etc) up to maybe 8
location, but need to be able to have a free form so that I can have X
number of extra entries in addition to the original eight.

I am also seeking to also integrate a note taking system so that as the
call goes on, notes can be attached to the customer record, and at the
end of the call I can send the customer by E-Mail a memo of what we
discussed.

The 12+ Blackberry's, and 6+ iPhones we use on this end also need to be
able to synchronize into the system, likely via Outlook so that call
records, and contact data can be maintained and shared between the PDA's.

Will of course consider a VOIP solution, but it has to be a rock solid,
bullet proof, major name system and not one of the mickey mouse systems
that flakes out 14 times a day, or that is so full of security holes
that it look like a swiss cheese.

Suggestions will be appreciated, but I have a sneaking hunch that I am
going to have to write the Outlook interface myself.

Thank you,

-jma
