Gee, 300 pages on a small room... You have me worried.
Our standard small room 'survey checklist' or 'found artifact'= form is 24 pages (excluding, room plans and photos) but even then I don't = think we would reach 300 pages.

Does this include = spectrograms, etc or just an inventory of items and artifacts in the room? = Does your 'found artifact' notebook have an index and would you be prepared= to share that for comparison purposes?
