Sounds like a private company in-house training.  AID/NIA, DEKTOR, and some other companies did this.
 
What this translates to is:  THE CHECK CLEARED.
 
Just my humble opinion from someone who went thru all of the above courses before I retired from l/e tec intel.
 
I teach physics/electronics at a large school.  Your average high school physics course teaches more electronics than these courses did.
 
Tr explaining Ohm's Law or Inductive/Cap Reactance to someone who got promoted to tech unit after spending 10 yrs in a patrol car--it's real fun...
