Not recommending this device, but it may be useful to know the
capabilities and weaknesses of TSCM-like devices clients might be
using, in order to be able to advise them appropriately.
I've yet to see any cell phone detector that can detect iDEN (Nextel)
phones. The units from Berkely Varitronics that are heavily marketed
to prison administrators cannot detect iDEN phones.
