I saw yesterday on CNN or SKY News, some news related to a trial where there was some police special forces with what seems to be malinois dogs.

First question is if in US malinois are used, and the other is what standards/certifications are used, that can be compared with (I hope some of you know this ...) the KPNV PH1 (dutch police) or "Schutzhund" (german police), and where can I find info about those US standards.
