   using Vermont Dept. of Liquor Control retail
   prices for vodka, the price per gallon(ETOH)
   delivered has a dynamic range of 7.34-to-1

   $107.61/gallon(ETOH) in Vikingfjord Vodka
   $789.89/gallon(ETOH) in Stolichnaya Elit Vodka

   Vermont liquor tax is 25% of selling price
   Federal liquor tax is $27/gallon of pure ETOH

   so, net of taxes, the dynamic range is 10.24

   $ 59.09/gallon(ETOH) in Vikingfjord Vodka
   $604.91/gallon(ETOH) in Stolichnaya Elit Vodka

Midwest delivery per gallon(ETOH) as fuel

   $ 1.95/gallon for straight gasoline
   $ 1.45/gallon for E85
