I think that was said for south africa. The mens rea requirement exist for at least most US statutes.

If the markings are cloaked the information would have to be made public somehow since there is not a certification process in most if not all of the US for sweepers. Which kinda makes cloaked markings silly in my opinion.

There are laws that make bugging illegal as it is, so if it werenÂ’t a lawful bug who would care about forged markings anyway?
Plus that tends to go against the way the govt works here, they pass laws controlling the technology rather than enforce existing ones that govern their use. Why many hobby kits for tiny transmitters you build yourself stopped being made. ramsey electronics and some boyscout troops got caught up in that...
