in plain or somewhat cloaked so that sweeper would know, stating it is

to warn away a legal sweeper.

An illegal sweeper would ignore that, to be sure, to earn a fat, albeit
risky, fee.

Nothing prevents a shady bugger from faking an official ID on a bug except
big fat 18 USC.
