My fellow reverse-engineerers,
I have an interesting problem. I’m trying to install Softice, but every time I try to add a line to my Autoexec.bat file the changes I make get over-written upon re-boot. I am running Windows Me. Do you know what is causing this? I have Norton Anti virus, but I disabled that and that didn’t help any. ANY changes I make to Autoexec.bat are over-written, even if its just a REM statement. Any insight you can offer would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Roger Bacon
