Where I can get FlexLM FLIRT signatures?

By all means, make them by yourself. Its simple, and You learn using Your tools.
To make it brief: get the flirt toolset flirt28.zip.
And then use lmgr.lib to generate a pattern file and convert this one to the signature file. There are a few collisions with the pattern file, but these affect only minor functions. So ignore them. You find all the required information inside the flirt package.
