Hi all
I don't know if this is new for you too or not,but I see this on rockkey site and it was really interesting, then i post it here.
The lastest version of Rockey,I mean "Rockey 6 smart" has a lot features that you can see here:
http://www.rockey.com.my/prod_dongle_rockey6.php#ROCKEY6 Features
but the most interesting sentence in these features is this:
Quote:
It complies with all smart card standards and utilizes smart card technology as a "black box" to protect and execute core portion of application code.

I'm not sure, but as i know, executing a portion of code inside a hardware dongle is the most fearsome technology that can be almost impossible to reverse.
Am I correct about being unable to reverse?because you cannot limit states of a running application to make something like a simulator or emulator for it...

I am sure finding serial for Winzip 5 was "fearsome" when no knew how to do it. Its difficult, and depends on HOW much of the code is in the dongle (mostly, its the protection code, but sometimes, intermingled with routines that are necessary for execution)...

So unless someone finds out a way to guess the code in the dongle (people laughed when they said we can land a man on the moon...), for now, we are stuck with the fact that we cannot then crack without the dongle...

Rockey 6 is smartCard ,it is sure.
it can use ansi C writing program and compile to HEX file . download it into Rockey 6 dongle.
because the smartcard can support C51 Code.

it perhaps have 10000 lines C code . if using it well it is sure "Block Box".

i am in China. so i usually hear it.
