sandman's idea was to keep the knowledge safe and they built the rce cd. All the info is there, safe and available, updates are coming with new cds.
All the topics starting here are stored as backups and stored on local computers.
The host closes the account ? No problem, the msg is installed somewhere else and the topics appears back in minutes, nothing is lost this time.
