The grammer and spellings are correct, the 'facts' are also correct. So what's so unusual about this statement.

he actual sentence itself is *unimportant*, it's been made to *look* like it's saying something when in fact it's just a piece of mindless garbage which I made up on the spur of the moment. As so often the case, we tend to 'look' and fill-in the *assumed* gaps ourselves, thinking all the time there's some logic *behined* it. But what's in front and plain to see? what's missing from it?.
