Ok, after a long search,and patience wait, now i finally find them . I may be the last one,but i want to tell others who will look for these collection.
in the future.

This post is for those who want to collect the journal.I hope you get before it dissapeare again.

Codebreakers' Journal is a bit of a shady publication though -- they have no qualms about republishing articles from other sources without consulting the original authors, and then the content is available by annoying compulsory registration (although at least it's free). to CBJ.

Then, can you give us a better journal
I hope shub-nig,+F,+Q, etc. paper will be there in your journal.I hope you understand what i mean and upto.

Well, in these days of electronic Journals,
what is the difference between placing a link to a publicly available article and locally reproducing it?

As far as I can tell CBJ does not charge for access to contents and does not misrepresent the source of the contents.
And even if they did, once you publish something in the Internet, your knowledge (contents,value) is bound to be quoted, used, reviewed, argued against, re-written, modified and plagiarized.
Actually the whole concept of plagiarism should disappear, for the sake of humanity, so people are not doomed to invent the wheel oh! so many times. . .
