I was wandering, since Germany passed that law (I don't remember what is called) banning the use of any hacking tools, has anything change?. Meaning, has any hacking or reverse engineering group or even IT based in Germany have to change their ways or bring down their websites or ftp/downloads. Or have they gone more into the underground, being hash hash about the tools they posses, Does any one knows?

And how that law affects any foreigner visiting or temporary living there?
