Anyone know where I can dl Laz's msvbvm50.dll patch?

The tool I am referring to is a patch that Lazarus made which allowed you to "configure" msvbvm50.dll. Once patched, vb5 compare functions would invoke a messagebox prompting the values for the compare and ask which value to pass back.
I just moved and my computers are being shipped and won't arrive for another couple of weeks. All I brought with me is my laptop, and this patch would come in pretty handy for an app I'm reversing. Laz's page seems to be down, along with HellForge's. Anyone know of another location?
