Description:
FastScanner is a Detector for most packers , cryptors and compilers for PE Files Programmed in ASM and designed for ‎fast access to most needed plugins.

Unable to download from RCE Library. Whenever clicking on Local Archived Copy..an upload page opens...

We are currently having a problem with the permissions on our server for access to the downloading of files locally archived for the CRCETL. We hope to have it fixed soon and apologize for the delay.

this problem has been solved in the new version 4 which will be published very soon
