I am new to this forum and would request your feedback to below

I am trying to debug an exe file which gives me following error for different debuggers
W32DASM and Softice: This file cannot work with softice loaded

So I tried to use EXEINFO and found that it is code protected "Protection PLUS - Instant plus (software key) 2.0.98.0 (2005) - hxxp://softwarekey.com Concept Software"

Is there a way to remove this protection ?
Please help?

also why you want remove protection!? for learning?

you should find what protector is used (at least)!
there will be tutorials on it, search..
& learn deprotecting/unpacking..

if you don't want learn, then there are also other ways then buy, but then you here are not there
