Since someone was nice enough to revive my thought process .

Warning labels. Ugggggg.
There is an award given out every year for extra stupid warning labels.
In the USA we are a litigious bunch and will take any opportunity to make some quick cash by exploiting our own claimed ignorance.

Despite the fact that every producer of anything has been sued and warning labels have been made, people continue to try make a quick score.

The most famous was probably the lady who sued McDonalds because she spilled coffee on her lap and didnt realize there was a remote chance that it might actually be hot.
The second most famous one was the person who sued McDonalds because he got fat from eating the food there.
The third would probably be the class action settlements for people who didnt realize that smoking could cause cancer.

In this day where everything has a warning label, much like the peanut can that says "warning, processed in a plant that processes nuts",
I am pondering this one:

Beer has a warning label. It says, (I will skip the pregnant women part):

"Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems"

Now, If you had just awoke from your 25 year coma and are now of legal drinking age, you would be faced with a fairly big choice if you were thirsty and standing in a store viewing all the beverages.

Would you select the something that you should be aware of like Coke or Pepsi or water, OR, would you chose alcohol. And then choose so much alcohol that you would consume enough to become impaired?

Remember, you are thirsty, not TRYING to get drunk.
