found it after rethinking my idea for the intermediary for communication.
specifically I was looking for IO for "native" applications I found this thread I did this because ive used avasts or w/e's bootload scanner and noticed they use IO from the keyboard..rethinking is good..

and down the bottom I found post my gambistics with a link..which to note the link was dead.. I tried NativeBootIO::waitforKeyboardEvent and came back with the same thread..annoyed.. so i search NativeBootIO and i got

then I went up directorys trying to find the headers and noticed much more info's and precious research stored there.. enjoy
