You don't give much information at all, but I would give you a wild guess. You are dealing with an anti-olly mechanism. Try running the program first, then attach olly.
Else try another debugger. (Syser user mode debugger?). Also try the hide-olly plugins. Last, give me a link to the program in a private message.

I took a look at the program you are dealing with. I had no problems whatsoever with olly, no access violations, no anti-olly tricks.
Get a fresh copy of olly from the original site, and run in without any plug-ins.
Also, if you are using vista, or something in the OS may be afoul. try in a different computer, preferable under windows XP, see how it flies. . .
