First of all Kon-Boot was not designed to boot from USB sticks. And currently i have no plans nor time for implementing such feature. However there are some methods you can try in order to boot Kon-Boot from USB, check following tutorials:

1) http://www.irongeek.com/i.php?page=security/kon-boot-from-usb

2) http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2009/05/11/burn-iso-image-to-usb-flash-pen-drive-kon-boot-to-usb/

However i am afraid it will not work for all.

Additionally many people noticed me that Kon-Boot was features in multiple websites and shows like: Hak5 Episode-518 ("http://www.hak5.org/episodes/episode-518"), PaulDotCom Security Weekly Episode-158 ("http://pauldotcom.com/2009/07/pauldotcom-security-weekly---e-16.html"), WindowsITPro ("http://windowsitpro.com/article/articleid/102433/kon-boot-lets-you-bypass-logon-for-windows-and-linux.html"), ZDNet Asia ("http://www.zdnetasia.com/techguide/security/0,39044901,62055298,00.htm?scid=nl_z_tgis") and so on! That's cool it would have been even cooler if some of them were able to spell my name right *grin* :-)https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5498266518143777458-4055056908554131466?l=blog.piotrbania.com
