Any one can tell how to use condition log BP on specific api,

I just went to the ollydbg main site Condtional bp on specific for eax,edx,ecx etc

I know, but obtaining log not able to understand what exactly i have to do.


I just to do Conditional log BP over GetModuleHandleA

May i know what values i need to put exactly in the field of conditional log bp.?
