Olly debugger is not for .net applications for sure, but you can open them in olly and set BPs like any other applications, your problem could be caused by an incompatible plugin with your 64 bit OS.

you should revert to a 32 OS :S or remove the bad plugins or maybe Stealth64 plugin can help you to make olly more compatible with your OS.
