Can any one help me to find what type of dongle it is

How about you actually READ THE FAQ and then YOU put something obvious, such as:

in YOUR favorite search engine and YOU read some of the information you will find. Here one is expected to show what effort they have made to try to help themselves before they ask someone else to help them. You have not shown that you have tried to help yourself at all or that you have done anything other than post your question here.
