Please read it carefully before complaining:
1. OllyDbg 2.0 is rewritten from scratch.
2. No, plugins are not yet implemented.
3. Yes, they will be implemented again - presumably in v2.02. |
See here:

You could have found that easily searching the Olly website.
As for the 1.1 version:
A couple of plugins won't run in win7. If you want, you can try using this:

This would have been an easy find either

thanks for your help! i understand that 2.0 wont run plugins, just trying to show you that it would run .exe and 1.1 wouldn't (kinda odd i thought). i also tried that version you posted. it allowed me to select an .exe but an error msg kept coming up. i hit walls everywhere i go

ok then, what is the error with the original Olly 1.10?
As long as your internet connection is not charged for every word you type, it will be really helpful if you are a bit more descriptive.
As for the error with the version I suggested to download. I know there are errors with win7 in environments with non-latin charactersets. I don't know if this the case here, but a regular Olly would be better anyways.
If nothing works, I recommend setting up a VM with XP as it is what most of us do(that would be the best imho).

i think ill set up the VM, id rather have it working fully than a little patch for windows 7. ill post again if i have errors with that. today wasnt a complete waste though, i did make my first keygen!
