Why not install VMWARE, OS, snapshot.
Then install WHATEVER and at end of trial period, simply restore snapshot. And you're good to go again?

Then,
1. Windows System Restore (Hey, it works *SURPRISINGLY* good)
or
2. Faronics Deep Freeze for Windows (choose your editions)

Flexlm - Time freeze wont work, the check for flexxlm looks for any folders with a later date than what the time is set to, to fix you need to do a full drive search for files later than ../../.. and write an empty file into it this will normally result in setting the folder date to what the time currently reflects, if it's a version from FLEXAR I can' guarantee this will work but if it's an earlier version this should work, time freeze by freezing the date only for the program running so other folders will still increment when time freeze is not active.
