Could you use Stealth plugin of Guilfanov for IDA 6.3 on windows 7?
http://www.hex-rays.com/products/ida/support/freefiles/stealth.zip
On Windows 7 64-bit, I get this error from the output window:

LoadLibrary(C:\IDA 6.3\plugins\stealth.plw) error: Invalid access to memory location.

C:\IDA 6.3\plugins\stealth.plw: can't load file

Any help from you is really appreciated
