I could find the userkey and mastekey of it, but it have a aft_ck.clf license files.
The feature and expired days is made in a signature . Is there any way to make a new signature with new feature and unlimit days?

The aft_ck.lic file is a blank file. It could be made by note.exe. Just rename it to aft_ck.lic.

i known about aft_ck.lic - he is empty. but if you have aft_ck.clf as trial - you have valid sitecode/sitekey pair

You have to install http://www.aft.com/dmdocuments/aftcopyprotectionsetup.exe.
The CrypKey version is 7.1. You can use ckinfo v1.14
