I managed to successfully patch ClearCase :-) from Atria/Rational.
Well, but that's not enough for me, I want generate a license.
Can some good soul push me in the right direction?
OK, I am lazy, but I do not beg for a ready made license.
OK?

Rational uses FlexLM, the vendor name is: rational, seed codes are:
seed1: e41c9815
seed2: 9e76f55d
Behavior: v6.0
I leave it up to you to verify these findings and find features + version(s)..
Keep your eyes out for template licenses generated during installation or eval licenses..

OK. I am aware that Rational uses FlexLM in products like ClearQuest or Purify.
But I do not think this is the case with ClearCase. I will check this soon.
Can you give me more hints?
A license looks like this
ClearCase Temporary * 10 20001010 34a1b3fb.2c317a0c.02
And this does not look like a FlexLM license style :-(

Hi,
It is possible to force ClearCase to use FlexLm instead of the Atria License Manager simply by patching the function : 'license_check_fcc_use_flexlm' in the 'libatriadxr.dll" ?
