Has anyone reversed this yet? I'm not interested in cracking this app, I'm more interested in how it works. Connecting to the internet everytime a connection is available is the easy part, and grabbing the serial number of components inside your machine isn't too difficult either.

Thing is, there pages state the program will still be able to connect to the net after a full repartition and reformat of the targets drive and this is the part I'm wondering about. To me, it sounds like marketing crap as I see no way a program can load after a full reformat and reinstallation of windows. The only thing I can see happening is that it can store some kind of signature on the harddisk that survives formatting (like, eg Macrovision's SafeCast).

Anyone reversed it to see exactly what it does?
