Its a paying job. Its needs to run on Apple OS and iOS firstly.
Android will be secondary.

The basic outline of the app is as follows:

A plain form with all fields mandatory.
Mathematical calculations based on input against our formula
for a total of which the internal formula cannot possibly be manipulated or read by the user. (proprietary information)
Secondary forms with all fields mandatory.
All data will need to be uploaded/emailed to one specific address/IP
