hmmmm.......wonder why we can't download the eval copy w/o telling them exactly who we are? ;-)

Hmmm,
they don't appear to have a demo version of it at all.
As a thought Disavowed could have raised more interest by placing Bit-Arts in the title.
Still I have found a new thing to play with, their MP3 delivery system

OMG this CANNOT be Bi-Tarts 'Titanium' cos it's cracked within 10 mins of me receiving the evaluation 2 months ago. Even your stupid RED BOX - warning in the 'mutant' is gone

.........$999 CRAP.
Also I made ASM key gens for me , myself and I (Tsehp reminded me of the 'moral issue' of keygens for joe public) from the Titanium algo. But now they use a stupid e-business registration method but you can still unpack the fusion2, cruch2, trialcrap, etc etc so they have not released any targets for US to play with wrapped in a polymorphic mutant, cos they are SCARED. Don't bother talking to them they just fill yer e-mail with prono !
Come on Bi-Tarts show us yer new 'mutant', bring him on.....
SplAj
BTW disavowed did you not see the titanium.zip on the server for a few months ??? it's gone now.

Hi SpeKKel
I had the DeveloperSuite from a week or so ago, maybe something changed, but my trialwrap (build 5.1.0.0) target has IAT at 134000 and OEiP 401000 (bytes there ;-A124654F00)
Make sure you catch the FULL IAT+IAT at 5134000 and dump it
with peditor 1.7 (last API is VariantCopyInd)
See my attached .bin file and paste into raw 134000 and set the IT address to 134000 and do the rebuild with PEditor1.7
I DL Crunchv2 just now and will try that, but the procedure should be the same.

Hi , Just DL Crunch2EU (like i'm gonna pay TAX !!!)
the procedure is exactly the same 10mins to dump + rebuild.
IAT/IT at Raw 221000 (VA 621000) OEiP 401000. Copy+paste vanilla dumping with PEditor.

Greetings
Yes Bi-Tarts are FISHING, they watch the forums and crack sites 24/7, paranoid that newbies DARE crack their shits....
In the current economic downturn for tech stocks I bet they wished they did sell out to M$oft last year when they were approached, cos nobody (reversers) took much notice of Bi-Tarts then.
Now their shits are unpacked, keygened, and all VXD tricks and the stupid time system in netdet.ini and the registry root are well known......... and once you unpack the shits its a ONE BYTE patch to make them == registered !
So , I repeat, bring your polymorphic mutant to the table, never mind the 'professional' services of ZDnet. If they can't crack Titanium in 3 days and we can in 10 minutes.............
say no more, and please no more stupid prono in my e-mail
my hand hurts............................. with deleting them }>

Yes! 100% correct proof the below site http://www.vnunet.com/News/1120202
John Safa must have got the url from this forum or _m forum &
now shouts at above site.
Just a small copy paste of the saying from above site
John Safa, a former cracker and CTO of security vendor BitArts, said: "The cracking community now has a C# decompiler, which unravels application code. If you got on the inside of a network using this tool, you could do anything."

Also "de-crunched" crunchv2 > took me somemore time
I noticed that the way you dump your prog. could make some great differences:
After pasting the IAt'
-dump with trw2000 gave memory exception errors.
-dump with procdump > can not load hownolock.dll ???
-the only working dump was done with peeditor like splaj

Hi,
i having trouble getting trial-wrap to produce working (not evaluation) output exe. i have unpacked the main program and everything seems to be ok (i thought this was meant to be the hard bit ;-), bi-tarts doco is very mis-leading!). It still produces a working bitarts_evaluation.exe as expected. i have tried to make patch to produce registered output.exe's and it would seem that it worked... until you try to run them. the standard trialwrap rego box appears when you run out.exe, but clicking "continue" (to evaluate protected app) will display "Error starting program" from out.exe's trialcrap loader.
I know this isnt enough info for a straight out answer. But hopefully someone out there with some bi-tart experience (kilby, splaj?) can give some pointers on what to look out for.
thanks,
Z
btw, i have version mentioned in posts above

I think they're probably making the big claims to drum up
sales rather than because they think that their protection
is unbreakable -it's kind of like the claims that with a few
short classified ads, you can make your fortune! It
doesn't matter if the protection sucks pond water as long
as unsuspecting software developers purchase their product.
If it keeps having to decrypt code in memory, that has to do
wonders for the product performance too. I think that
claiming that their product is unbreakable with evidence to
the contrary indicates that Bi-Tarts are making fraudulent
claims and should be reported to various consumer agencies.
