I'm trying to crack the latest version of 3d-ftp, which can be downloaded from www.3dftp.com

First I tried to disassemble it with IDA, but all I got was a pile of junk.

Then, when I tried to break in with softice, I always found myself somewhere in msvbvm50.dll. Pressing F12 doesn't help, it either gets me into some other function in the dll or it just closes softice and never gets back. So far I haven't been able to find a way to get into the application code . It's very frustrating...

Is there anyone out there who can help me ???
