Hi,everyone.
Our government adopts a ip-limited access policy. So I can't
access some website, such as fraviaMB.cjb.net and
www.safeweb.com and so on. I want to access everywhere
with no limit. Could you give me some proxies ip?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
SadWolf

This is a clean ip. It does not reveal itself as a proxy, yet it is anonymous.
208.57.0.100:80
It should work in every situation ie: accessing Delphi forums. (they block proxy servers)
email me when that proxy dies, I will get you a fresh one.
Peace, Woodmann

What exactly makes a proxy “clean” other than the fact that it doesn’t identify itself as a proxy, and it doesn’t show your actual IP address?
I’ve been to many sites that post lists of anonymous and “elite” proxys, but have also read about proxys set up by different agencies to collect information about the persons using them.
I can't see a good way to actually check these connections, other than for speed and availability.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks

Howdy,
Your understanding of a "clean" proxy is correct.
I dont use the "rosin instrument" site any more because
what they list as anonymous are not. "Multi proxy" has a more
accurate list and also shows the country to make it even easier
to pick a proxy.
As far as logging proxy requests for the purpose of gathering
information, I suppose in some of the more restrictive country's this may be true but, I think it is not feasible to actually look at each request then look at the site they requested.
Most proxy's are open because someone was to lazy to make sure such ports are closed. Once someone notices all the traffic
going through the server and figure out its the proxy port that is open, they then get closed. This is most likely why proxy's close in a matter of days.
About the only way to check whos proxy you are using is to run the ip address through a "Whois" database and see what it returns. If the address looks "funky" then dont use it.
Peace, Woodmann
