Hi all!

Here is the latest version of my Armadillo Killer (with CopyMem support) for Armadillo v1.7-2.0 and keygen for it.

That keymaker.exe looks a bit like my old Armadillo KG. Would it have been too hard to keep the credits to whom they belong?

If you can say you did it yourself, I apologize for this post.

Peace...

I have looked your armadiilo source code.I have found where magic key is pushed however I coulnt found any key for aother prog at same location. As Armadillo is protected by blowfish then if we can spot the key for it all armailloed programs can be cracked easily right ?Could you give me a hint to reverse it.I am working on program which dont have trial option. It asks serial every time it starts and if you give bad serial it quits. Thanks an sorry for any typo error my 3rd finger of right hand is cut I can only write with my left hand

Armadillo uses certificates. A valid key should decrypt _one_ of the certificates (depending on wether it is a trial-key, full-key, etc), using Blowfish. Armadillo tries to decrypt all of the certificates, checking if decryption was valid using a simple check: if the FIRST_DWORD in the certificate equals NOT SECOND_DWORD, it went fine and registration is complete.

You cannot get the encryption password in memory, plus it is different for every Armadillo program, and is based on the encryption template chosen by the programmer; a bruteforce approach is needed (unless you have a valid key supplied by the author).

I hope these tips help, might not be valid for the newer versions tho.

It looks like a crap (look at the CodeGen.h -> CreateCode2 function)
Where is the private key??? I think that profi like Duelist will show us
the truth soon.

PS. Sorry Duelist, keygen.exe - is YOUR work, you're the master!
I've just recompiled it, for a smaller size. Excuse me again

ArmKiller, I didn't mean to go so hard on you. I've no problem that you recompile the KG for any purposes you wish, all I said was that you could/should have kept at least a small credit.

Continue your good work on Armadillo, and thanks for the kind words. :-)

hello

well, i tested that keymaker, and it only works for basic registration right ?
it still uses the old registration, but if you look the 'pro' one, it is something different that's why duelist master ;p keygen worked
and again AFAIK, the basic registered version will expire (30 days limited or something)
so so , some more work is up to be done i guess
duelist, did you have a look at that registration pro ?

talk to you later on IRC brother

regards,

As you may have noticed from the posts above, only ArmKiller is responsible for including this modified (even if only cosmetically) version of the old KG. :-)

Its very likely that it won't work for the Pro version; I don't even know if it works for the basic one, but I guess I'll trust you on that. :-P

I did not look at the new registration systems, but will try to do so sometime soon. Did you look at them yet, analyst?

Duelist.

i didn't check the new one yet, coz i don't have much time nowadays
im in belgium atm btw real life is taking all my time.

basic system just give a 30 days limited license as far as i know.

hiya,
Little off topic. I have only recently come across
a couple of armadillo protected progs and found it a bit of a change. Would any of you be prepared to mail me some links to armadillo protected progs?.
