i read an essay by thunderlord detailing his adventures with disassembling the vramdir vxd (http://www.woodmann.net/fravia/lordthu1.htm). the essay was interesting and helped me in understanding how he removed the 30-minute limitation, but i'm still unsure about one thing:

vramdir's author claims that the registered version is "a little bit faster than the trial version" -- can anyone tell me what this translates to in code??
