Hello,

I want to ask if anybody has the same problem as me. I use DeDe. I start it and choose a program (it wasn't packed/protected) then I push process button. Once the program is loaded DeDe asks me to push the OK button (in message). I push it - at this moment the program freezes and DeDe too. I didn't see this ever before on my computer. I have installed Delphi 3 and Delphi 6 (under Win98). I use DeDe v2.44 and v3.00b.

Is it possible that the program has some anti-disassembly macros or anti-DeDe code? If yes, is it possible to locate this code/macros?

Thanks,
sF

Um. Haven't used dede before. Never heard of it, actually, but I have been "sleeping" for a bit ;]

Um. Freeze? Sounds like anti-dede code, yah. Maybe generic anti-debug trick, don't know though... can you set dede to ignore Int 3? Might wanna do a search for anti-dede or whatever... and yes, you can always find and "discourage" whatever anti-debugger you happen to find...

Good luck
