When I download an app, I usually try to crack it too, or at least modify it so it doesn't expire. But I ran into a lot of packed apps lately. When it is a serial protection this isn't really a problem, but when there is some other one, like a keyfile, I usually disassemble the file and try to patch it. You guys always seem to know how it's packed and how to unpack it.
I tried to do Download Boost 2002 and MemMonster, which can be found here:

How do I know with what kind of packer it's packed? I already have cASPr for ASP packed files, but there are lots of other packers, are there unpackers for every one of them?

I'd appreciate some hints,
