I guess, I have found a bug in Revirgin.I tried revirgin on Effective File Search v1.8(hxxp://www.sowsoft.com/search.htm).It is protected with Asprotect.I have unpacked and rebuilded it with just revirgin ,great product btw.(It crashed my computer when I clicked dump button so, I dumped with peditor but I am not sure whether it is bug or not).I have cracked usual things however after you search when you right click on result it gives an error on shell32.dll.I rebuilded dumped exe with Imprec and it did worked perfectly.

go to 76EB4h find 05 34 71 and change with 50 74 47.Then go to 77450h and write some string for registration ie Tsehp etc you can also divide string by 0dh,0ah.

I just tried EFS 'search.exe'... RV rebuilt ALL API except Line# 103 =>GetProcAddress (one of those conditional ones)....only 1 missed, not bad out of 417 API calls.
I used Win2K SP3.

This is old style aspr 1.3 with API cluster easily found.

Otherwise, dumped at OEiP 474FF8, and that was it, rebuilt fully functional in 15 mins.
The trial check is in aspr code. Once thats gone......unlimited trial !
