hi, forgive my question if it is an ignorant one, I am still a beginner.
is there a utility that will read the key number for the Sentin*l superpro, c-scribe and pro, etc keys?
I have several of them, and cannot find the key number to include in the hostid=flexid=..... or HOSTID=CPLUS_ID=..... etc. during license generaton.
EFAflexgen and flexgen2000 recognize the globetro**r 7-.... and 8-.... keys only, they cannot sense the superpro, pro and c-scribe keys automatically..or am I doing something wrong?
thanks for your help

sat_free,

If you use the flexlm tools and installed them, then check the flexlm in your controlpanel. Its should give you the ID if its a globetrotter dongle. otherwise, you have to write a programme that will sniff the ID/serial of the dongle. For the sentinel super pro. I think there is a programme out there that can search all dongle IDs.
Its easy to make one if you
1- know C
2- Have the dongle software libs. get them from www(dot)rainbow(dot)com
