I'm trying to reverse a msdos based program and i'm trying to debug it with softice for dos.

I set a breackpoint, i start this program but when it arrives to this point the screen becomes completelly red and i can't see anything, the debuger works, but i see nothing. Is there any tool to make a snapshot of the state or output it to a file(or to the printer) so that i can see what's going on?

Try to use normal Softice 4.02 just work in the doSจจ!!

Alternatively download the latest version of TRW2000 from protools (or where ever) as it allows you to set breakpoints at the start of DOS programs. However the last version I tried didn't didn't let you set breakpoints on interrupts, but hopefully the new version does. Try it and see!!!
